On the evening of June 24, the first investment promotion roadshow of the 4th China International Import Expo (referred to as 'CIIE') was launched in Changsha, inviting buyers.

The China International Import Expo is currently the world's first national-level exhibition with the theme of imports.After three years of development, the CIIE has become the four major platforms for international procurement, investment promotion, cultural exchanges, and open cooperation, and has become an international public product shared by the world.Hunan attaches great importance to the CIIE. Since the first CIIE was held in 2018, more than 1,000 companies and more than 3,000 buyers have been organized to participate in each session.At present, the CIIE has become an important open cooperation window for Hunan Unicom to connect the world and share the world.

Why did the investment promotion roadshow of this CIIE choose Hunan as the first stop?Wang Hongwei, director of the Investment Promotion Division of the China International Import Expo Bureau, said that the CIIE is optimistic about Hunan's development potential and its ability to radiate central China.At the same time, Changsha has national influence in terms of equipment manufacturing and quality consumption, which is in line with the needs of the technical equipment, food and agricultural products, consumer goods and other exhibition areas set up by the CIIE.

The 4th CIIE will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) from November 5th to 10th, 2021.The planned area of ​​the enterprise business exhibition is 360,000 square meters. There are six exhibition areas for food and agricultural products, automobiles, technical equipment, consumer goods, medical equipment and health care, and service trade. Dairy products, agricultural products, smart travel, energy and low-carbon and environmental protection technologies are set up. , integrated circuits, digital industry, daily chemical consumer goods, sporting goods and competitions, green smart home appliances, public health and epidemic prevention, rehabilitation and elderly care, biomedicine, innovation incubation and other special areas.At present, various preparatory work is progressing in an orderly manner, and the exhibition recruitment has achieved good results. The contracted area of ​​exhibitors exceeds 90% of the planned area.

After the investment promotion roadshow of this year's CIIE starts from Hunan, it will face the central and western regions, northeast and eastern coastal areas, and more than 20 investment promotion roadshows are expected to be held.
